Friday Night Gallery Walk

Hello everyone!
Thank you to those that made it out to our public reception for Un-Natural Disasters!
Our suite of prints looks quite good in the gallery space at Expressions Graphics. Two receptions were held this weekend, one on Friday evening and the other on Saturday. Both dates drew quite a nice crowd of interested people. I was at the gallery on Friday and received so many nice compliments from people. Many commented on how they were impressed with the range of topics that the group took on. Each print was the favorite of some gallery visitor! If you have not had a chance to see the exhibition, the gallery will be open Friday, October 28th from 1 until 4 and on Saturday from 1 until 4. I will be taking down the exhibition on Friday, November 4th - a few days later than originally planned. Enjoy just a few of the photos from Friday evening!

Hello everyone!
Just wanted to let you all know that our suite of prints have arrived safely in Mexico and Nicolas is taking care of hanging them in the space. He will try to take photos and forward them to me. When he does, I will be sure to post them here for your viewing pleasure.

On a local note, Dave Coulter, one of our participants has kindly included some free PR for us via his blog that is connected to one of the local newspapers here in Oak Park.
You can see his post here.

Remember, the opening for the exhibition in next Friday evening from 6 to 9. If you are local, I hope to see you there!

This photo does not do the deep rust color justice.

beautiful dark ultramarine blue ink that is used.
